All orders are sent with DPD home delivery, with track & trace. We deliver within the European Union.

Orders placed before 14:00 on working days are usually dispatched the same or next working day. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has shipped. DPD will let you know the delivery window and you can change the delivery day or choose a DPD Pickup point via their message.

Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, let us know by e-mail at info@arkebeauty.com within this period and return the products within 14 days of your notification. The costs of returning the products are for your own account.

Please note: for reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Damaged or incorrect order

Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@arkebeauty.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you free of charge.
