Return and refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you (or a person you designate) received the products, without giving a reason.

To use this right, inform us by e-mail at info@arkebeauty.com with your order number and the products you wish to return, within the 14-day period. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

Return the products within 14 days after informing us, to: ARKE Beauty (Primera BV), Kapelstraat 101, 2570 Duffel, Belgium. The direct cost of returning the products is for your account.

Exception for cosmetics

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, cosmetic products can only be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Products that have been unsealed or used after delivery cannot be returned (Article VI.53, 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Refund

We will refund all payments received for the returned products, including the standard delivery costs of the original order, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have provided proof of shipment. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@arkebeauty.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you free of charge, including return costs. This does not affect your legal two-year warranty of conformity.

Professional customers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by professional customers. Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
